Bandana Love

I don't know if anyone else remembers Punky Brewster, but I do -- thanks to a daughter that picked up on her unique fashion sense by embellishing her outfits with scarves, bandanas and men's neckties tied around her limbs. 

Still haven't quite figured out the design cue, but don't blame it on the bandana.

The blog Oracle Fox posted an updated take on all the wonderful ways bandanas can accessorize and glamorize fashion icons in 2015. 

Quite the evolution, but let me suggest that another, less punky, way to be fashion forward with a bandana is to do it with an indie-designed, limited edition Beyond Her bandana, found here.
